- All
Referrals must be 18 years and older to qualify and
each individual will only be considered when they
have completed their new patient exam and initial
hygiene appointment.
- Referrals
of people 18 years and under will receive a free
movie pass for each person.
- All
referrals are calculated on a yearly basis from the
time of the first referral, at which point the program
will reset back to the first reward.
- If
the tenth referral is reached within a year the program
will reset back to the first reward and start all
over again.
