Insurance & Financing
At iDental, our Financial Coordinator will help you navigate our options for payment, direct billing to insurance companies and financing so you can focus on getting the care you need.
Direct Insurance Billing
We offer direct billing for most insurance plans. As a courtesy, we can also submit your insurance claim electronically, resulting in faster reimbursement, without the need for paper forms and signatures.
Financing Options
We offer financing options through WayDent and Dentalcard to help you manage your dental payments at an affordable and comfortable pace. Patients can apply online to get an instant approval decision.
Your First Visit
Your first appointment will be approximately one hour. We ask that you arrive about 10 minutes early to your first appointment to complete our new patient forms.
Dr. Mandeville will begin by reviewing your health history. Next, she will complete a thorough dental exam which will include an oral cancer screening, a full mouth series of x-rays, photos, and a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw.
Based on your history and your exam, Dr. Mandeville will develop a treatment plan to address your specific oral health needs.

If you wish, and to save a bit of time, you can complete our new patient form in advance. Please bring the completed form* to your first appointment.
